Rivermead

Rivermead is situated just below the farmhouse at Park Farm, and enjoys splendid views over the Salcombe estuary.
The living area extends over the whole of the top floor, and the large picture window gives wonderful views of the lake and parkland which fronts the estuary, with rolling countryside beyond.
The top floor is subdivided into kitchen, dining and sitting room areas. The kitchen is fitted with an oil fired Aga style cooker, separate hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and other gadgetry. The dining area has a large elm table and chairs to seat 10, and the staircase leads from it to the floor below The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, chairs, colour T.V. and video.
There is a separate entrance hall and utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer.
The ground floor contains all four bedrooms and the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a five-foot-wide bed, en-suite shower room and river views. The second master bedroom has twin beds, en-suite shower room etc, river views, and a dressing room area suitable for an extra bed or cot. The two further double bedrooms, which share a bathroom, both have twin beds.
At the rear of the house there is an old dairy that has been converted into a washroom, which can be used for wet or sandy clothes and equipment.
Maximum of ten people - All linen is provided except beach towels - No smoking please - Well behaved dogs at a small extra charge (£20 per dog per week) - We ask that dogs are never left alone in the house, allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture - Home caught lobster/crab available in season on request - Heating for a standard charge of £25.
We ask you to leave the house clean. We mind very much about this. We can, if you wish, provide a mid or end of week cleaning service at £30. Heating for a standard charge of £25 per week.
Weeks run from Friday to Friday - Arrival 3 p.m. - Departure 10 a.m.
